Refund Policy

This policy explains how Chatdek handles subscription refunds, manual onboarding fees, setup-service work, and billing concerns.

1. General policy

We want Chatdek to be clear and fair. For new subscriptions and manual onboarding requests, you may request a full refund within **48 hours** from the moment your account or license is activated by a Chatdek admin. After this 48-hour window, fees paid for subscriptions, setup work, implementation, or service plans are generally non-refundable.

2. Monthly subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future billing, but the current billing period remains active and is not typically refunded on a prorated basis.

3. Annual or prepaid plans

Annual or prepaid plans may qualify for a refund only if required by law, specifically stated in a written offer, or approved by Chatdek in writing. If a refund is approved, we may deduct the value of services already used, discounts applied, or setup work completed.

4. Custom work and onboarding

Fees for onboarding, migration, consulting, custom integrations, or other professional services are non-refundable once work has been scheduled or started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Setup Package service

The one-time Setup Package is treated as a service fee. Once implementation work has been scheduled, initiated, or completed, the fee is generally non-refundable unless required by law or otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Manual review timing

During the current launch phase, onboarding requests and setup-service requests may require manual review before a license, plugin access details, or setup instructions are issued. Review timing by itself does not create an automatic right to a refund, but clear billing mistakes will be corrected promptly.

7. Failed charges or duplicate billing

If you believe you were charged in error, charged twice, or billed after a confirmed cancellation, contact us promptly. Verified duplicate or mistaken charges will be corrected or refunded to the original payment method.

8. Chargebacks and disputes

Before initiating a chargeback, please contact Chatdek so we can review the issue. Filing a payment dispute without first attempting resolution may result in suspension of access while the matter is investigated.

9. Policy changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
