Chatdek provides a website, a WordPress plugin, an admin workspace, package-based subscriptions, onboarding flows, support services, a setup service, and related documentation or marketing materials. We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time.

You may use Chatdek only if you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree not to misuse Chatdek, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service availability, upload harmful code, scrape protected data, or use the platform in a way that violates law, third-party rights, or our published policies.

You are responsible for ensuring that the websites, content, and customer interactions you connect to Chatdek are lawful and that you have the right to use them with our services.

Access to premium plugin features depends on an active Chatdek subscription and successful license activation. A license may be restricted by package rules, usage limits, supported site count, domain binding, or other configuration rules that apply to the selected plan.

Certain features may remain visible inside the plugin but locked unless your active package includes them. Feature access, limits, expiry, and renewal state are determined by the applicable Chatdek subscription.

You retain ownership of the content, website data, prompts, and materials you submit to Chatdek. By using our services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to access, process, and host this data as necessary to provide, secure, and improve the platform.

For manual onboarding and Setup Package services, you explicitly authorize the Chatdek admin team to access your provided website administrative areas. We treat all access credentials with confidentiality, but you remain responsible for managing and revoking such access once services are complete.

Chatdek, including its software, branding, website design, text, graphics, and underlying technology, is owned by Chatdek or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, these terms do not grant you any ownership rights in our services.

Paid subscriptions, implementation work, setup-package work, or custom service plans may be subject to separate pricing, order forms, or billing terms. You agree to pay all fees owed under the applicable plan or agreement. All manual onboarding requests are subject to a **48-hour refund window** starting from the moment of license activation by the Chatdek team.

If you purchase the Setup Package or request manual onboarding, Chatdek may perform transition and configuration actions on your behalf using the information and access you provide. Delivery windows (e.g., 24-48 hours) are estimates and depend on receiving the necessary materials and site access.

You agree that providing site credentials constitutes your consent for administrative access. Chatdek is not liable for existing site issues, third-party conflicts, or data loss occurring during the implementation of the provided services.

Chatdek may integrate with or rely on third-party tools, models, hosting providers, payment processors, analytics systems, and infrastructure vendors. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their own terms and privacy practices.

Chatdek is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chatdek will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of the services.

We may suspend or terminate access to Chatdek if you violate these terms, create legal or security risk, or fail to pay applicable fees. You may stop using the services at any time.

We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of Chatdek after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
